I would not be surprised in the UK if they were running both the NHS system and QDXH in parallel to validate and/or find whatever bugs there might be in the NHS system that have plagued their tracking program.
Also, I believe the DLT QDXH lends itself better to allow cities or localities to track and trace than a centralized national system, and would be faster.
In Australia, we have candor and fact from the Rapid Test and Track PTY LTD CEO,
Its logical to assume if what he says is happening there, it is being done elsewhere, and potentially everywhere in due time.
