Im a new investor by all rights...I asked questions and they weren't answered. I was politely declined. I then took the advice of the mods. Do some digging. So I did..and I spent a good few hours on it...and that was enough for me. but I did...and because I did I found things out. And because of that Mods saw my true intentions. I earned their trust. even if a flipper or basher comes here and they are looking for info they can readily find it if they take the time. it will only benefit the person. I wasn't about to fight the board if the answers lied hidden amongst the posts. that wouldn't have gained me anything except frustration.

What is earned is valued...if it's not valued.. chances are..it wasn't earned.
