Somebody looking for a small pump and flip.,.... again.
It's a tried and true scenario seen about 2 times a year with PTOI.
Buy about $4000 worth of shares for a few cents...... wait for any kind of smidgen of a pump on purported news and sell off for a quick double or so.
Easy money.
Then sit back and watch the PPS disintegrate again once everyone realizes the 'news' is only a bunch of garbage once again.
