I just received an email from a client who owns a PR firm. She informed me that a reporter for U.S. News and World Reports, is inquiring about interviewing a doctor about therapeutics, not just vaccines, that are being investigated for treatment of COVID-19. Her name is Sara Toth Stub and the email address is query-blua@helpareporter.net I've reached out to Dr. Seetharamju's office and waiting for a call back. If anyone has a direct line to Dr. Yang, Dr. Patterson or any of the other medical doctors whom have been advocating for Leronlimab's place in the sun, and suggest they reach out to this reporter. Her deadline is November 30 at 7 p.m. (EDT)
The full text of the reporter's query is a s follows:
"I am looking to interview a doctor, university or medical researcher or public health expert about why the development of treatment--and not just vaccines--is key to ending the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. I also want to speak to about the advances in antiviral treatments that have occurred because of the pandemic, and why the viruses require very specific treatments, and the relative lack of blanket-treatments for viruses like the way we have antibiotics that can target many bacteria.
Requirements:
I am looking for a medical doctor, physician, academic or medical researcher, or public health expert, or virologist or specialist in antiviral treatments."
