I think the SEC comments have nothing to do with these points. Generex made numerous stock based acquisitions that Joe informed us lead to many comments on last year’s K. It took a year but Generex cleared past it. The dividend to shareholders for NGIO is unique and extraordinary for a company plus they weren’t listed. Joe informed us this lead to a long comment period and the SEC finally said it’s all good. Etc.
