Just to add to this, I would imagine the typical HIV infected person would also be a much more careful person around viruses. Even on Leronlimab, their immune system may not be very healthy. These folks daily routine is to be very careful about getting any infection so the likelihood that they would get Covid might be much less because of these precautions.
