I would tend to agree with you. Before the last CC, the OWS discussion was pure conjecture based on rumors of a certain letter received or not received. But during the last CC, NP clearly stated Cytodyn has had meetings with OWS and mentioned Janet Woodcock by name as being part of those meetings. So now, I'm more inclined to think NP is being very careful in publicly stating any OWS involvement much in the same way Pfizer distanced themselves from OWS.
