I'd like to point out that Joe never put the due date of NGIO trading by the end of 2020. That one is self inflicted by the shareholders.
Hold Joe to the comments he has made - absolutely. If you want to be frustrated that NGIO wasn't trading by the end of Nov 2019 because they decided not to go the shell company route, go for it.
But what sense is there in saying "Joe, I want this done by this date", and pouting when that date flies by? That isn't broken promises, it's delusion, and that date will fly by each time.
I'm not for rushing out the listing because what we will end up with is 2 penny stocks.
