I’m with you TC. If everyone on this board only spoke of positives and never mention negatives we’d be a bunch of pumpers. The companies failure to close, reach target dates and milestones and in general execute any part of its plan over the last 2 years (along with some questionable deals and financing) is why we are where we are.

I’ve had opportunity to get out at a profit 2 times during that time frame. I chose to stay in because I believe(d) in Joe. Now I question everything.

We have been led to believe that bad actors have been to blame for our pps. We have been encouraged to complain to the SEC. Joe has flat out lied to TC on a CC when he asked about the SEC letters that Joe, the CEO, didn’t know were public. I have no more faith or trust in Joe. I will question everything he says. All I have is hope that we get to the end of his tenure before going bankrupt.

At a time when the market is setting records this one stock represents the single biggest loss (on paper) I’ve ever had. If that does not make you question everything I don’t know what will.
