This CEO has taken PCTL from 220K in revs a few years ago to guidance of over 4M in 2020 and 10M in 2021 in revs.
He's cleared the debt and warrants which means 10M in derivatives come off the balance sheet on the 2020 10K. In the meantime the company will be sitting on the OTCQB
