They have not been forthcoming about details of the protocols followed. And then they wonder why people don't trust the limited data they've put out.
Treatments, not vaccines, are the answer in the immediate future, while we wait to see if the vaccines are both effective and SAFE. It was a gigantic error to fund vaccines ONLY, instead of getting drugs through clinical trials that could treat existing patients.
By the way -- many scientists are concerned that the novel mRNA technology, which has never before resulted in a vaccine being approved, might trigger autoimmune diseases in some people. This is something that we will not be able to know until at least a year has gone by since time of inoculation. One scientist was talking about how it's an emergency, we need a vaccine to stop the pandemic, etc. Then when asked -- will YOU get vaccinated? "I want to wait for more data."
