I'm not denying a f'ing thing. The voter fraud bullshit is NOT going to the SCOTUS and a recusal and Roberts are the wild cards if it does.
I'm watching, all of the arguments that make it into court are being shot down. The bat-shit assertions from the podium are just laughed at, by reasonable people.
Legacy. Roberts knows how the reputation of the SCOTUS was damaged by a straight partisan decision in the 2000 election. He didn't blow up Obamacare either. Be cartful what you wish for.
