I disagree; Barnum was too educated to talk like a low-info, IQ-deficient trumpf neophyte. I should correct myself on the attribution of the quote I referred to - it was spoken by H.L. Mencken, not Barnum. My thoughts often go full-circus when talking about trumpo the clown and I defaulted to the original ringmaster by mistake. My apologies to more respectable clowns like Krusty, Bozo and Pennywise.
