Why does it seem like there is always something in a deal popping up?

They don't have a vaccine yet, but they have a viable product, but they will get penalized on the viable product if the vaccine which they don't have yet is not any good and they don't even have a deal yet on the viable product which they could sell over there immediately.

Can we just get NGIO listed please and see what happens...
