When I talked to my neighbor last night among other things he said he has a fresh Amish Turkey was being delivered today. He will then spatchcock the bird, brine it, then put a bit of rub seasoning under the skin and then smoke it. At least I picked up a brine turkey from Trader Joe's and will watch my wife cook the bird but each time I pass the dinner table I will grab goodies off the table. When my wife asks me about missing goodies that she placed on the table I just smile then point to one of our cats. I can't say anything to her right then because my mouth is full. She just says tell me another one and I smile again. Love is special
