Patent play...always has been and always will be...IMHO. Sounds like management has a little less hope with the much needed Berkmeir(sp) vs HP case with the upcoming government structure changes (don't get political here, it is touched upon in the latest report). However, sounds like management still believes in obtaining new patents and might have some new ones granted in the upcoming months...I'm guessing to also help protect the IP of the two new products that are being beta tested.
