Slowing enrollment for interim analysis was a gigantic mistake last time. There is no need to slow down while the interim analysis is ongoing. We should keep plowing ahead with efforts to reach 390 and make a judgement call. If enrollment slows and we're at 320 when the data is ready, we probably take the gamble. If we're at 375, there is no need to unblind early.
