If Nader is giving up on the US FDA why not stick with the 28 day endpoint? If Canada or UK is really serious 28 vs 42 shouldn’t be a big issue. Let Nader put it to the test as soon as possible? The time saved is probably worth more than the p value loss / gain if these countries really want to approve separate from the U.S....
