Many of us here and on Yahoo have been mentioning this strategy for quite a while.
This is the first time I can recall that NP has said anything negative (albeit in a backhanded way, to preserve social decorum) about the FDA.
About time he woke up to the FDA's corruption.
Also, by doing foreign first, the drug product's name will not be tarnished by the FDA's current nonsense.
