So let's get this straight. Bintai picked up the right of first refusal on Australia and New Zealand back on 10/8/2020. Now 1 1/2 months later, they sign the MOU to finalize the details which are not fully worked out yet! This is just embarrassing slow IMO. Very disappointed. So is the stock price since this is NOT a deal yet. Don't have any details of upfront money. Don't know the royalty. Etc.
