I assume they will report the 28 day data, as 42 day is not an accepted trial endpoint. Why wait for data that might be not be considered by the FDA? That being said, I am have very limited knowledge of the regulatory processes.
It does not seem that the FDA is making any effort to help Cytodyn, so I expect that the company will act exactly in line with the trial parameters.
