Mark even mentioning the USAF in last month's reply is "what I care about". Because if he did so without DoD information release authority he risks: 1.) immediate cancellation of the $2.9 Million US Army/Air Force SBIR contract for EPL 2.) a heavy fine 3.) prison time. That is in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Confidentiality Statement. My bottom line is that our troops get the SFOR shield! I do not think Mark would jeopardize that or his own personal liberty by posting on a public message board without the appropriate permission as required. Ah but what do I know? Only that I had contractors sign those statements when I was a USAF contracting officer. If Mark signed one as supplier to our vendor he legally had to comply or risk the consequences end of story.
