I would assume that we are at the end of step 9, according to the statements from Rich Purcell in his interview to Dr. Yo, as well as the quote from the PR that you just posted in your previous post.
They have selected the peptides and are now doing their GMP production of the vaccine doses to go into clinical trials with.
So for me this is obvious. Anyone of a different opinion?
