Because surely, I think, the price slide we have seen for quite awhile can be turned around very quickly if something like a huge government contract were imminently going to be signed. And even if it took a few months to be paid, it would be the type of announcement that people would believe and buy into. And with this, the stock price could begin to recover the massive loss in value that we have seen.

We don’t know if that will happen but given this is the timing to proceed with another government contract, it is one possibility for a catalyst and one of our best ones.
