Quick and easy question for you, I think we all agree, to be a 51% wholly own subsidiary. WRFX would have to have purchased a controlling interest in Paranotek. I am curious, how much was paid? I can't find a record of payment anywhere, I can't find where shares were formally issues to gain a controlling interest. So where are the public documents, that demonstrate that WRFX owns Paranotek?
