I would speculate that #HollywoodCEO requested his conviction to be reduced from a felony to misdemeanor to help with his divorce case that has been ongoing since 2017. What’s taking so long? Oh yeah, you have provide financial records to establish your capability to provide child support and alimony. You need that to file a Reg A+ too.
Can convicted felons lawfully file a Regulation D pink sheet company? That is an interesting question for shareholders to ask themselves. That material omission is considered fraud in my view. I guess the court will tell us what they think sooner or later.
