Not to be a Debbie Downer, but what all good news are you guys expecting?
What I'm seeing in my account is that for every 1 cent rise of pre r/s share price, there needs to be a corresponding $5 rise now. There's not enough potential good news on the planet to make that happen.
As far as it being the first step in the right direction, my response to that would be, sure. Just like all the other stuff has been, like BlockSafe, hotels, Crypto, big deals, ACS, Ecuador, DSS, everything. All the other stuff.
Have you guys just forgotten the history of this company? If I had only begun buying after this latest r/s, I might be hopeful (like the penny stock scammers on the other board), but to how many of you does that apply?
On top of the upcoming filing, i.e., more dilution, this entire conversation sounds delusional. (would they need to raise money through this new offering if revenues were pouring in?)
