Pfizer, and presumably Moderna though I haven't looked at their press release and trial structure, have completed enrollment for their vaccine trials. If you care to look, there are ongoing analyses for the number of patients becoming infected with Covid.

The initial analysis was for 28 day period after first dose of vaccine, with 95% efficacy. Those topline results have been determined.
Humanigen, as been stated here repeatedly, determined the likely efficacy of lenzilumab based upon the additional patients required by the DSMC to meet statistical significance.
Final results for the vaccines will be determined after two years, at which time Pfizer will have a more complete appreciation of the degree and durability of protection from Covid 19 infection.
