Whoever it is can't be making much money from selling their position (assuming its one person and they're closing). Some of the buys were so small that it would be hard to turn a profit once commissions are factored. This is today's trading tape. Mostly at $0.0006 and a couple at $0.0007.
I think this is just "normal" trading, especially from the 7.8M volume.
