Anytime I suggest Finra.org... it is to put fear in the shorts that canvas this board from time to time. I want to believe Finra.org is watching our board but I am not sure they have the personnel to do that all the time.I know I have reported the 10 short attacks we have had this year to Finra.org every time it happens and most of the time I have posted that I have done this and encouraged others to make a complaint to Finra.org since they are the OTC regulator. The SEC does not help penny stocks. It’s Finra.org that does. I still encourage others to make complaints when seeing active shorts starting to short CYDY. It’s the squeaky wheel that gets the grease. Maybe we can keep shorts at bay? We won’t ever be a stable stock if we as investors don’t fight back.
