Ok. This is all well and good and maybe this lends one to believe there should be more regulation with OTC companies in general, but the notion that this information can just be made up, broadcasted, and relied upon willy nilly flies in the face of common sense. One can’t just make this stuff up, much less about the government. I wouldn’t start a company up, sell shares and tell people that someone like the DOD is a client. I’d expect to have the book thrown at me.
