Well said Ulf53. In my opinion, the sale to Hill Street Brewery makes an up-listing even more certain, and provides funds for finishing the research study needed to enter the pharma industry. The form S1 clearly indicates that Chris is serious about up-listing to a major exchange, and the capital raise is typically part of that process (the money raise is more than they need for expenses and may be used to help gain FDA approval). Personally, I do not see Lexaria up-listing this year, but early next year seems very possible.

I suspect more news is right around the corner, and that news might be huge. Chris is clearly interested in becoming a pharmaceutical company, and since Lexaria is now a major stockholder of Hill Street Brewery, we are tied to their success as well. I could see Hill Street as a buy-out target for some large beverage company, and that would be a windfall for Lexaria because of our stock ownership. I look forward to seeing the next interview video to further clarify what Chris is up to.
