I was tracking these Events from the recent conf call which impact the SP. Healthy pipeline of events!!! Can some one validate and correct as needed
1) China deal - Done and Announced
2) Upfront Licensing fee for BT for exercising First right of refusal for NZ and Australia - waiting
3) BK has partnered with South east asia pharam and manufacturing company and licencing deal for that - waiting
4)Deal with One and only large pharma drug manufacturing company - Waiting
5) NGIO Listing:
3S1's -
2 of them approved and no review pending with effective dates picked - done
1 IPO - s1 - Dawson is handling it. Should be limited review - Waiting on it
Valuation and appraisal - Waiting on it
6) FDA Resubmission - Once the results of peptide are there will be resubmitted - Waiting on it.
