So another OTC company I'm aware of had formed a CBD division, as it already is a licensed pharmacy. However, the company's CBD supplier notified them that the FDA issued a cease and desist order to the supplier because CBD is still being looked upon as a Schedule 1 controlled substance by the Trump administration and the company would put itself in a position that would jeopardize its business and licenses if it moved forward with the CBD. So this particular company decided not to pursue a CBD division for now.

Now I'm wondering what this means for Dr. Dalton and his operations... but I imagine he's already aware of all of this and knows what needs to be done.

On a related note, I have seen the pharmacy division at a local ShopRite Supermarket selling CBD products.
