I am not and do not have the temperament for being a day trader. I see from your reply to Skipper that you have your disappointments (+50% to -85% ouch). But out of curiosity, are sites like TRND Bot and TradingView reliable prognosticators? Being retired, GNBT/NGIO is my only foray into the risky zone and loss (hopefully not) affordability.
