Read the lawsuit and the TRO that was filed. Brad agreed to go away but was never paid or given his shares of stock in the company that Davis is destroying. But you really want him gone? Get your man, Davis there to leave him alone and watch what happens. I am quite certain Brad would prefer to move on but finds Mick is obsessed with him and won't stop bashing him. I don't blame Brad for fighting back.
