This is more than a bit irritating . I support NP but he needs to get his act together when he says things such as we are the only drug in phase 3 for S/C . We are not on the NASDAQ nor the NYSE, but that type of stuff ends up getting you sued for false information and misleading information . He needs to do a better job of fact checking himself before he makes statements that are material like that to shareholders. Very sloppy on his part. When I was on conference calls with analysts before I retired we reviewed what we were going to say with corporate lawyers to make sure we didn’t get into trouble . Going forward he needs to have his comments reviewed by their legal person . I have confidence Leronlimab will get approved but this type of mistake needs to stop and it won’t float when the company is up listed..analysts will rip him.
