Sorry JLang I didn’t understand your answer so I attempt a comparison below.
I was at work earlier and didn’t have time to think it through.
So lenacapavir @ 923 mg 88% responder versus LL 92% responder @ 700mg?
These numbers taken from their respective PRs not totally sure I got the dosage in first one right.
viral load stat sig suppression lenacapavir within 14 days and LL within ?unknown? weeks. Maybe similar.
LL SQ 1 per 30 days vs. lenacapavir 1 per 180 days.? ( potentially)
LL monotherapy @ 700mg / 84% reduction after 10 weeks
LL monotherapy @ 525 mg/ 94 % reduction after 10 weeks
lenacapavir 66% reduction after 14 days? That’s fast.
Seems like LL is the marginally better product BUT with the right pricing and 2 SQ injections contra 12 ......stiff competion? Thoughts?
