I'm just thinking about this, but what if Doc knew the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines were likely to be effective, and he was concerned that releasing in October would lead to a boom-bust scenario?. That is, UNIVEC Conglomerate is not a Covid-patch company, but rather much more. If the media just grabbed that relatively small piece and it raised the hype, this past week could have collapsed the stock. It then may have been hard to get investors to come back for the real meat of the conglomerate....Timing is everything, and Doc knows what he has and when it's best to release.
