If it were not a highly regulated industry requiring approval and part of a 4-entity delivery system, your concern may have more credence. Given that once this pathway is established it creates significant barriers to entry for cutting out any one entity. They would need to engage in similar testing and re-fund some of the development process which would be more than the 20% fee (most likely) to reproduce.
This Chinese Entity deal is a good deal and represents a significant step forward for NGIO and GNBT. The Xenophobia present in our culture perpetuated by our former leadership is leaking into the sentiment here. Thousands of worldwide companies have partnerships in China that are productive abd profitable for all involved.
