The HGEN SP was app. $4.6 before the RS was announced and then if dove down.
Went up with split (5:1) and then dove down again on fundamentals. I am not rendering any opinion here on future of HGEN
Moral: Reverse Split is not a good thing. Don't even mention it.
Trust me, I have been through 4-5 reverse Splits and every single time has been detrimental for the SP.
