Multiple that by the reverse 1 for 6 and with ZERO changes you get a forward price $69.66..Today the price is $137.21. a double at best. When you consider money doubles at 10% over 7 years you have a return from SRPT of minus -10% a year. You would have been better off with a REIT...Money Talks.
