Looks like it's just about increasing access to particular medicines manufactured by Upjohn and Mylan? Doesn't have the actual access to medical *care* that UNVC purportedly will. Not to mention UNVC's offering that will put control of medical records in patients' hands (a point I LOVE).

We just need to get out of the gate, and UNVC's need and viability will be clear.
