You are right buildit, Joe probably didn't have any better choices.
However, don't come on the board, or thru surrogates, and say you have not idea who is selling. That it is due to dishonest people. It's an attack by former deals JOE made. When in fact he knows he's been averaging about 5.7M (using your numbers without going back to look up) shares per quarter of conversions that then get sold to the general public. Be a man, come and say "We have bills to pay and salaries to pay, so we have been converting minimal shares necessary to pay those bills". We would all understand that, and in fact, we all expected that is what was happening. It's all about integrity!
