A Reverse split is not something to dream off....that territory is a nightmare for share price and a slap in the face to public sentiment....a ploy only to up list..on bigger boards..almost always fails to register any real value ongoing..there are very very few exemptions to the rule. Hgen $2.85 on June 12/2020 trading now at $8.20 after 5 for 1 reverse split on Sept 11/2020..do the math..always signals a company in distress financially.
