GJ..also MM's can SHORT Stocks & PAY NO FEES to short them at any PPS level, so the 2.50 per share does'nt apply to them but does to us retail traders since they are MM's they also can play with the BID/ASK watch the Volume and other tactics to scare or hype the stock, also they have access to higher than Level 2 which us normal retail investors don't have access to view.
So for the thousandh time stating that NSS is not seen or does'nt exist in Pinky/OTC land is pure BS
