SIGO getting current with FTB of CA has given me a little sliver of hope! Maybe we'll finally see some 10-Q now that they have moved past this legal proceeding noted on their last 10-Q. Not confident but hopeful!
From their last 10-Q:
Item 1. Legal Proceedings
The Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, VBF Brands, has had its business license suspended by the California Franchise Tax Board (the “ FTB”). The Company and VBF are currently in the process of working with the FTB to return VBF to good standing and the Company expects VBF to return to good standing with the FTB in the near future.
