You are mistaken. The facts are HGEN did the reverse split on 9/14 and it was $2.00 presplit or $10 post split. It went as high as $16 and is now hanging around in the $8 area down 20% since then.

CYDY closed at $4.12 on 9/14 and is currently down $1.62 or 40% over the same time period.
