The news is good, great. Selling by Oasis is keeping price down. Share count went up by 20 million a while back when Joe had to get some cash, and Adam Long/Oasis got shares at - I don't know - a 7% or 8% discount. Millions of shares. And now he is unloading them because he is in a business as a lender of last resort. He may keep a few shares at the end when he has gotten his money out.
Oasis is a scalper. He's only interested in getting his money back. This has kept a low ceiling on the shares. I'm using this as an opportunity to buy. What could be better from a long term investor's point of view. A low stock price and the knowledge that a deal is signed with China. A deal that will generate $70 million with the approval of the drug. That is 3x of the current market cap.
Yes, there is a risk involved with the deal. After all, there was supposed to be a deal 7 or 8 months ago, but we never got any money. I think this is the real deal. Bintai pointed the way (and there will be more money there). Read the press release. Generex has a brilliant way of finding a vaccine for diseases quickly, and China wants this.
Room temperature powder, no risk of infecting people with disease. It's specific. RNA/mRNA is manufacturing the whole spike protein of 1800 antibodies. Only 9 of them are neutralizing. Who knows what the other 1791 antibodies are doing.
