The last discussion of the US HIV BLA by NP involved getting the receptor occupancy data for the packet. NP said that it could take 4 months to get the data completed. He didn’t say when that 4 month time frame started, so it could’ve started a few months ago when the RTF was given or more recently as CYDY was transitioning labs. The annual report said that CYDY hopes to get the US HIV BLA submitted by the end of 2020, which is feasible as long as the receptor occupancy data and other issues are addressed.
